The Tipi
Our stunning triple-hat tipi is the heart of the celebration. With space to seat up to 120 guests (or 150 for an evening reception), it offers a warm, romantic atmosphere like no other. Complete with wooden flooring throughout, soft ambient lighting, wooden benches, and a spacious dance floor, it’s the perfect setting to dine, dance, and make unforgettable memories.
The Woodland
Just a short stroll from the tipi field, past our friendly goats and through the gardens, you’ll discover our woodland ceremony area. Available with our Classic and Signature packages, this hidden haven offers a natural backdrop to exchange your vows, surrounded by towering trees and birdsong — perfect for unforgettable moments and beautiful photographs.
The Tipi Field
Surrounding the tipi, the spacious field is designed for fun and relaxation. With hay bale sofas, a cosy fire pit, and giant games, it invites guests to unwind and enjoy the beautiful countryside setting. The landscape is full of character — behind the tipi field, you might even spot sheep, lambs, or ponies grazing, adding a special touch to your day. Perfect for creating a laid-back, festival-style feel, the tipi field offers endless ways to make your celebration truly memorable.
Bishop Bar
Perfectly positioned between the main building and the tipi, our fully licensed Bishop Bar is the ideal spot for guests to mingle and soak up the atmosphere. Stocked with a wide selection of beers, wines, spirits, refreshing cocktails, and soft drinks, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re sipping a cocktail in the sunshine outside or raising a toast inside, the Bishop Bar creates a relaxed, friendly space to celebrate your day in style.
The Gardens
On your way to the woodland, you’ll walk through the recycled garden, a lovely spot full of interesting plants and character. The sensory garden is a peaceful place to step away for some quiet portraits, and our orchard nearby makes a beautiful, natural backdrop for photos and special moments.
The Goats
Our cheeky, funny goats are always ready to say hello to your guests! With 18 friendly faces on the farm, they’re a real hit — and guests are welcome to feed them, too. They add a bit of farmyard fun and plenty of smiles to your special day.
The Family Care Trust
Newlands Bishop Farm is part of the Family Care Trust, a charity supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and brain injuries. When you choose the farm for your wedding, your celebration helps fund the Trust’s important work in the local community. The farm itself provides a hands-on environment where individuals can learn skills through activities like gardening, woodwork, and animal care. By celebrating here, you’re giving back and making a real difference.
